Curriculum covered is seasonal according to the Natural laws and cycles of nature. For the development of wilderness living skills, it is necessary that we follow the rhythms of the Earth by harvesting materials and creating our earthen wares in the proper season.
INVITATION TO FAMILIES OF SWIFT EAGLES
FAMILIES WILL BE INVITED TO SPEND TIME TOGETHER AND EXPERIENCE
THE YOUNG EAGLES SPECIAL PLACES WHERE THEY GATHER, CREATE CRAFTS, AND HONE
THEIR SKILLS. THESE FAMILY EVENTS WILL BE OPPORTUNITIES TO SHARE STORIES AND
CELEBRATE!
DOCUMENTATION OF OUR EXPERIENCES INCLUDES PHOTOS, MEASURING, MAPPING,
INDEPENDENT STUDY & RESEARCH, DRAWING, AND JOURNALING.
In the Heron Program we began a foundation of learning nature awareness and
wilderness living skills. The Swift Eagle Program introduces many new skills and
adventures while building on the foundations of the Heron Program. What
Earthwork Programs aims to create are not just naturalists, trackers, and
primitive skills experts, but also powerful, centered, self-motivated young
adults, able to think critically for themselves, with the confidence and
inspiration to dream a vivid dream of their own future, and the skills and
enthusiasm to pursue that vision. (Excerpt from Wilderness Awareness School, of

The Swift Eagle Program will take approximately two years to complete. Sessions
occur on a weekly basis 9:30a.m 3:30p.m throughout the school year.
Program tuition is $600 per 10 sessions.
Special Events: Trip to Boston Museum of Science Natural Mysteries Exhibit &
Bird World Exhibit. Details forthcoming. Also Campout Overnight in Debris Huts,
with or without Sleeping Bags, will be our final expedition
